Since our olives are harvested in the early harvest period, an olive oil with a high polyphenol content and an acid ratio below 0.8 is obtained. This makes it a powerful source of antioxidants for health and makes a difference with its fruity aroma and fresh taste profile. Thanks to the cold pressing method, vitamins, phenols and aromatic components are preserved without damage.
